Our Driving School Policies and Guidelines

Understanding our policies is key to a smooth and successful learning experience. Here, you’ll find all the important guidelines regarding bookings, cancellations, safety, and lesson procedures. Please review our policies to ensure you’re fully informed before starting your driving journey with us.

Privacy Policy

Edmonds Driving School Ltd is licensed as a driver training school under the ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia)

 Section 1 (Individual Driving Lesson)

  • 60 Minute Course at $75.00 (Includes 50 minutes in car lesson and 10 minutes of theoretical explanation)
  • 90 Minutes Lessons at $112.00 (Includes 80 minutes in car lesson and 10 minutes of theoretical explanation)
  • 120 Minutes Lessons at $ 120.00 (Includes 110 minutes in car lesson and 10 minutes of theoretical explanation)

Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late-Shows, and No-shows:

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, we require at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise, you forfeit the fees you have paid for the lesson. There will be no refund or rescheduling for any lesson canceled within 48 hours.
  • If you are 10 minutes late, you will receive the balance of your scheduled lesson and be charged for the full lesson.
  • If you are late beyond 15 minutes, the instructor will leave and you will not be refunded for the lesson.

 

Refund Policies:

  • There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.
  • Refunds will be paid for unused lesson(s) provided notice is received by the school 48 Hours before the scheduled lesson(s). The cancellation fee will apply to refunds requested within 48 hours of a scheduled lesson.
  • Processing fees of 25$ will be applied to any refund.
  • For refunds on packages, lessons used will be charged at the individual driving lesson rate.
